Meet the Team
KEVIN SAGHY, FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Kevin brings a wealth of experience from iconic institutions like the Chicago Cubs, Cleveland Cavaliers, Ketchum and The Ohio State University. During his tenure with the Cubs, he led high-profile PR campaigns and revamped the team’s social media presence to drive both engagement and revenue. His leadership at OSU transformed the university’s digital reputation, while his role with the Cavs delivered millions in earned media value. Kevin’s career began at global PR agency Ketchum, working with major brands on high-performing media and influencer strategies.

MEGAN ALLEN, ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
Megan is an Account Coordinator at Earned Impression, where she executes proactive media relations outreach, manages social media content and engagement, and helps coordinate digital media campaigns, including SEO, paid media, and marketing analytics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Public Relations from Ohio Northern University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University. Before transitioning to Earned Impression, she gained valuable experience working with the Toledo Mud Hens and Toledo Walleye, where she honed her skills in communication, coordination, and fan engagement.
DANIELLE GOODMAN, CREATIVE CONSULTANT
Dani brings a wide range of experience from national brands, community organizations, and long-standing creative partnerships. She began her career at Abercrombie & Fitch, where she spent a decade refining her skills in visual merchandising and consumer research—developing a strong foundation in branding, aesthetics, and user experience. As the founder of Goodman Creative Solutions, she has led social media and content strategy for clients including Care Bears, Union Home Mortgage, and the Decorative Arts Center of Ohio. Her collaborative work with Earned Impression brings thoughtful, on-brand storytelling to digital spaces and helps clients connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.
GABRIEL TOLEDO JR., POST-GRAD INTERN
Gabriel Toledo Jr. is a post-graduate intern at Earned Impression, supporting research, communications planning and content development across client projects. He also works as a Supply Chain Inventory Planner at the University of Chicago Hospital, where he manages product logistics and supports operational efficiency for assigned units. A 2023 graduate of St. Norbert College with a degree in Communication and Media Studies and a minor in Spanish, Gabriel gained early experience in sports information, assisting with live production and statistics. He was active in several campus organizations, including the Latinx Student Union, Kappa Sigma, and Students Taking Academic Responsibility. Outside of work, Gabriel enjoys time with his 15-year-old Shih Tzu, Coco, who still has the energy of a puppy.
KONNOR SCHMALTZ, AFFILIATED PARTNER
Before launching his own firm, Konundrum Marketing, Konnor led brand communications at Discord, where he created and executed the company’s first-ever go-to-market strategy. His work drove record-breaking impressions, high-impact placements, and strong sentiment as the platform expanded beyond gaming into music, lifestyle, and culture.
Konnor lives in Minneapolis with his wife, Laura, and is proudly working to raise two future Wisconsin Badger golfers – much to the frustration of their Iowa Hawkeye mom.

Mai Nguyen is a marketing strategist with over a decade of experience helping businesses drive results through digital marketing. She started her career in search engine marketing at Fahlgren Mortine, a nationally recognized integrated communications agency. Known for her analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills, she excels at turning insights into actionable strategies that resonate.
