Overview
RoboVent, a leader in industrial dust collection and ventilation, was seeking a team that could take ownership of their communications, handle consistent public relations outreach, create compelling content, increase backlinks, and develop a strategy to elevate their brand in a competitive industry.

They design and manufacture world-class air filtration equipment for customers across all manufacturing sectors and applications, backed by fast, friendly service and industry expertise.
Strategy
Our team has integrated seamlessly with RoboVent’s marketing and communication efforts, beginning with a leadership discussion to understand the company’s immediate and long-term goals. We then conducted a channel audit to understand which owned and earned channels may reach the company’s target audiences.

These audiences need to be reached and compelled to take action in order for RoboVent to accomplish its goals. For example, prospective customers must first be aware of the company and its products and services, then inquire for more information to begin the sales process. Existing customers must be made aware of filters and other ongoing maintenance to drive recurring revenue, etc.
Once priority channels were established, it was time to build a comprehensive public relations and content strategy to elevate RoboVent’s voice, generate more awareness and drive consideration. We craft consistent messaging that positions RoboVent as a thought leader in clean air solutions, ensuring their expertise comes through in every interaction.
Our approach has been deliberately integrated, aligning PR efforts with RoboVent’s marketing initiatives to create a consistent and recognizable brand voice across all channels. At the same time, we built strong relationships with editors and journalists in workplace safety, manufacturing, welding and other key trades to place RoboVent directly into the conversations that matter most to these potential decision makers.
Since beginning this PR campaign, we have increased proactive outreach to targeted trade media outlets, extensively researched editorial calendars and industry coverage, and monitored coverage of competitors to identify additional earned media opportunities. All the while, we are focused on relationship development with influential trade reporters and editors.
On owned channels, we have helped develop a steady stream of supporting content, including press releases, thought leadership articles and a revamped email newsletter. We have also positioned RoboVent’s leadership team as industry experts, securing opportunities for them to provide insight and commentary that has reinforced their authority.
Results
Our PR and media efforts have already generated a strong pipeline of coverage for RoboVent. In the first few months of outreach, we have secured 13 published and pending editorial placements, contributing to 15 high-quality backlinks that boost online visibility.
